Our Team

Todd Hoffman – Principal

Todd has 35 years of experience in the industry with a strong background in Commercial construction , his  years of experience in the design/build process streamlines the concept to completion process. Todd holds a degree in construction management and is an AIBD (American Institute of Building Designers) graduate.

Mike Re – Senior Project Manager

Mike has been with Innovative for 10 years , he brings over 20  construction years experience value to the company . Mike handles all the daily coordination of project from the field to owner to keeping the project on time and on budget.

Brian Gerkens – Onsite Project Manager

Brian brings 30 years experience to the project. He has been with Innovative for over 20 years.  Brian brings  extensive experience in masonry , concrete , carpentry and plumbing.

Kemp Thompson – Onsite Project Manager

Kemp brings 12 years experience in construction to the project. Kemp brings a strong background in framing , finish trim and electrical knowledge to the site.

Alec Hoffman – Onsite Project Manager

Alec started at a very young age shadowing his father , he now has elevated to managing projects from the field , The onsite manager is responsible for daily supervision of all onsite activity and coordination of vendors/subcontractors.

As with all of our onsite managers we assign the same manager to the site from start to finish.
